1. Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Personalized or custom-made items (including engravings, names, or birthstones) are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@ardenix.co with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) concerned
- The reason for return or exchange
- Returns must be authorized before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect confirmed by Ardenix.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality assurance team.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment methodused at checkout.
- Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return for processing.
- After processing, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
3. Exchanges
- We offer 30-day exchanges for eligible items.
- All exchange items must meet the same conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
- For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order separately for the desired replacement item.
- Exchange availability is subject to stock.
4. Two-Year Quality Guarantee
- All Ardenix jewelry is covered by a two-year quality guarantee from the date of purchase.
- If, under normal use, your item breaks, tarnishes, or fades due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence
- This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Loss or theft
- Normal wear and tear (such as minor scratches or surface changes)
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact our support team at info@ardenix.co. We are committed to resolving all concerns directly and in accordance with the policies of PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, and Shopify Payments.
